Shareware Tracker is NOT an automated submission robot. Many shareware sites will not accept submissions from robot programs. They insist that you visit their site personally to submit your programs. For this and other reasons we have not tried to make Shareware Tracker fully automated. We have tried a leading submission robot program and have found that the results are far better by taking the time to submit to each site individually. Shareware Tracker makes this otherwise tedious process go much faster, and you will get instant feedback from many of your submissions.
You will enjoy instant gratification by seeing your program listed on so many sites so quickly! With submission robots you don't know what's going on with your submissions and you will not get listed on as many sites. We feel that results are most important, and that you as an author will learn a lot about marketing your product by personally visiting each site. Without visiting each site yourself you won't know what promotional opportunities they offer, and you are not likely to see what your competitors are doing. With Shareware Tracker you get the best of both worlds through "semi-automatic" submissions.
