TextCaptureX is a COM library that allows screen text capture in Windows applications. It is the text capture technology behind Aqua Deskperience. TextCaptureX is accessible from any COM aware programming languages. It is not OCR based so it's extremely fast. It can be used to build translation tools and dictionaries in a snap or to feed one application with text from another application that doesn't have clipboard copy/paste API.
TextCaptureX is not an OCR based text capture solution so it's incredible fast. So it's convenient to embed it into dictionaries or translation tools. Imagine: your customer captures any text on screen, even when copy/paste is not available, with a hotkey and with a mouse click your dictionary pops up with the text already translated/explained
