Synchronization with Palm
C-Organizer Pro users are not limited to desktop PCs. We have
developed the CO Palm Sync utility so you can synchronize
Appointments, Tasks and Address Book from C-Organizer Pro with
Palm-compatible devices. Using this utility you can easily
maintain the identity of data in C-Organizer Pro and your Palm
device.
Now you will always be reminded about scheduled tasks and
upcoming birthdays. You'll be able to plan you day no matter
whether you have access to your desktop system or not, whether
you are working at your office or far from it.
The process of synchronization is very simple and doesnĄ¯t take
much time. Everything you need is to connect your device to
the desktop PC and launch the synchronization.
Please
note: CO Palm Sync will work with the C-Organizer
Professional v3.4 or higher only! The C-Organizer Standard
edition don't supported!
Before work with CO Palm Sync, you need to have Palm Desktop
and HotSync Manager software installed on your desktop system.
Usually these programs come with you Palm device.
CO Palm Sync
does not replace the existing software shipped with your
device. It is more like an update of the existing software
that makes it possible to exchange information with
C-Organizer.
Installing CO Palm Sync:
- If you
already have CO Palm Sync installed, ensure that it is not
running. Also, please close Palm Desktop and HotSync in case
they are running.
- Run the
installation package and follow the instructions.
- If you
have earlier version of the software installed, donĄ¯t
uninstall it, just install the new version on top of the
existing one.

Desktop:
Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP
Palm: All devices that use the Palm operating system
are supported, including Handspring Visor and Treo, Kyocera
SmartPhone, and Sony Client.
