FTrack CRM is
our complete business solution for Small to Medium
Enterprises. It includes a full Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) and a complete Help Desk and Asset Management
package. It is developed using Java Technology. FTrack is a
Web application and a multi user system. It can be used for as
many users as your LAN or internet connection can handle.
FTrack
Incorporates standard Explorer-like interface for navigation
between manufacturers vendors, products, and customers,
orders, etc.... FTrack allows you to create sales
opportunities, quotations, sales orders, invoices, purchase
orders, and packing slips and ships with standard inventory.
Track vendor orders and receipts, and monitor stock levels,
manage change requests. FTrack gives you the ability to track
your customer's payments and balances. Also can be integrated
with MS Outlook to share your contacts, documents, mails....
FTrack databases are based on a Microsoft Access database and
can be shared on a server. Also availiable for Oracle, MySQL,
SQLServer and Sybase data base engines.
